§ Initial meeting and ongoing guidance and support leading up to your wedding ceremony.
§ Provide a basic wedding ceremony with the legal essential content and components.
§ Provide you with a few concepts for the ceremony script.
§ Create your preferred ceremony script.
§ Provide you two copies of the final ceremony script.
§ Provide administration of all legal paperwork.
§ Conduct the wedding ceremony with just yourselves, two witnesses, and a few guests.
§ Submit and register all legal documents with the BDM Registry.

§ Provide you and the guest speakers with the script.
§ Arrange the rehearsal.
§ Conduct the rehearsal.
§ Conduct the wedding ceremony.
§ Supply sound and microphones for the rehearsal and the ceremony.
§ Supply the lectern for guest speakers during the rehearsal and ceremony.
§ Supply signing table.

Platinum Package
PLATINUM $1900 (Top-end wedding ceremony, with all the components including certain wedding rituals. With the platinum package, you don't have to worry about managing the setup of the event. As your dedicated civil celebrant, I will coordinate with all service providers contributing to the setup of the wedding ceremonies, such as event managers, sound engineers, ushers, security, venue management, etc. I provide all the information to you, keeping you updated with the progress.)
Deposit $950 non-refundable Payable to proceed with my services and booking the ceremony date. This also covers the initial appointment, administration of documents, resourcing, creating and researching content for the ceremony concept, ceremony script, researching and designing the ritual, as well as researching and resourcing the accessories for the ritual.
SERVICES PROVIDED FOR THE PLATINUM CEREMONY
§ Initial meeting and ongoing support and guidance leading up to the ceremony.
§ Administration of all necessary legal paperwork.
§ Submit legal paperwork and register marriage with BDM Registry.
§ Resource and research preferred content for the ceremony.
§ Provide you with samples of wedding content.
§ Create the script of the ceremony.
§ Design & create ceremony booklets.
§ Arrange printing of the ceremony booklets. (cost of printing excluded)
§ Arrange printing of the script of the ceremony for you, guest speakers, and for the bridal & groom party.
§ Provide you and the guest speakers with the script of the ceremony.
§ Arrange and conduct the rehearsal.
§ Contact, coordinate, and provide guidance and support to the guest speakers with their role and content.
§ Conduct the wedding ceremony.
§ Coordinate with other parties involved in the wedding, such as security, ushers, events manager/wedding planner, photographer, caterers, venue management, sound engineers, etc.
§ Design the rituals of your choice.
§ Conduct or guide the ritual.
§ Arrange for a ceremony candle with a picture of you on the candle. (cost excluded)
§ Resource all the music of your choice.
§ Resource the poems of your choice.
§ Resource all the accessories for the ritual. (cost of accessories excluded)
§ Transport to the rehearsal and to the wedding within the Hunter Valley and Newcastle region.
§ Provide you with a wedding folder for collecting all the wedding content.
§ Provide you with the wedding certificate in a leather folder or in a frame.
§ Provide you with an engraved silver pen for signing the wedding certificate.
§ Provide you with a wedding guest book.
§ Supply the sound system and microphones for the ceremony.
§ Supply the lectern for guest speakers during the rehearsal and ceremony.

§ Play the music of your choice at the introduction, during the signing of the certificate, and at the end of the ceremony.
